In the wake of a series of renovations to various accommodation facilities in San Pellegrino Terme, in 1907 the town hall was also renovated. The project and the direction of the works were entrusted to Ing. Squadrelli who embellished the structure in the liberty lines of the facade and made it more functional with the construction of new rooms.
On the ground floor were introduced the post office, telegraph and telephone office, while on the upper floor the municipal offices and classrooms.
