Built in 1906 by Giovanni Barboglio, since 1985 it houses the Municipal Library. In 1913 it was purchased by Bortolo Belotti who transformed it into a stately home. The large lawn became a park equipped with noble works of art, including "Convito dei Grandi Brembani" (eleven busts of illustrious men from Val Brembana), the aedicule of the Madonna and the bust of Gioppino.
