Description

The museum is situated in the ex house of magistrate's court, so called because in that period lived there the Vicar. The building goes back to Middle Ages.
Inside of the museum are exposed all the objects that tell the valley life and the professions of that epoch. At the ground floor is reenacted the ambient of the kitchen with in the middle the "stua", traditional domestic stove. At the ground floor again there are the cobbler's workshop and the Alpine cottage. At the foreground there are the kitchen-living room, the tailor's shop and the bedroom. At the second floor there's the carpenter's workshop, a room dedicated to the iron-working and ones to the filature and milling. Inside of the museum there are also tools used by charcoal burners, cattle's farmers and bricklayer.
