It's a liberty villa built in the 1906, the same year of the Grand Hotel of San Pellegrino Terme construction. Who wanted to build it was Amilcare Arrigoni an his wife Josephine Calais. Amilcare made a fortune in Paris because he managed the Grand Restaurant Italien - Passage de l'Opéra. Then he came back to Olda, his birthplace.
The building was bought in 1961 and modified by the religious Institution "Our Family" as a summer house.
From the 2007 it's a private house called "Mendini House". The recent renovation is the work of a famous interior designer of Milan.
