This imposing mountain, the Menna, dominates the whole Brembana Valley, a beautiful and powerful sight. Its extends from the Menna Pass to the Vindiolo Pass and is a complex structure of rocky walls, deep passes and ridges, very characteristic of this corner of the Bergamasque Alps. It is definitely one of the most beautiful mountains in the unspoilt valley beyond the Zorzone cross. An archaeological/astronomical survey by B. Cavagna of Serina revealed an archaeological site in this area populated by people originating in the Nile region 4500 years ago (Il Cielo sopra Thuban. La rappresentazione del cielo nella mia valle).
