Magrera cabin, protected and enhanced by the eco-museum of Taleggio Valley, holds the theatrical installation "You dairyman: course accelerated to learn the art of dairymen of Taleggio Valley", that offers the possibility of living and understand the production of the typic cheese of this area.
The visitors, guided by the images in which there are professional dairymen, can learn this antique tradition of transformation of rennet to produce these renowned cheese, as the Taleggio and Strachitunt.
